As the first point of contact for many clients - whether they're walking through the door or calling the office - Joanna sets the tone. Her goal is simple: help people feel calm, cared for, and confident from the very first moment.

Outside work, Joanna can often be found catching up with friends over coffee, unwinding with a massage, trying to keep fit at the gym, or recharging at the beach with her dogs, who are convinced they're the resident lifeguards and that every wave was sent just for them.
