I love finding better ways to do things and creating processes that make life easier for everyone.
Her focus is on the systems and processes that keep the business running smoothly. Rebecca works behind the scenes to improve workflows, streamline operations, and make sure the team has what they need to deliver great outcomes for clients. It's work that often goes unnoticed - until something runs perfectly, which is exactly the point.
Away from the office, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her partner and their two daughters - cheering the kids on at sports, wandering through local markets, or enjoying an afternoon of baking and crafting together.
